无论处于什么行业，吴老师认为创新是最大化的创造价值和提高效率的必由之路。他在工作中的创新方法帮助数百位中外同事提高了效率，影响着拥有数以万计高端商业用户的软件产品开发。他有多次海外工作旅行经历，参加高水平的技术论坛并发表独到的论文，对中外IT行业发展有着丰富的经验。
